Delivery

What it costs

The charge is shown at checkout before you confirm. We do not add anything after that.

How long it takes

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of confirmation.
• Kannur, Kasaragod and Kozhikode: usually 2 to 3 days after dispatch.
• Rest of Kerala: usually 3 to 4 days.
• Rest of India: usually 5 to 8 days, longer for the north east and remote pin codes.

These are the courier's working days and do not include Sundays or public holidays. During Onam, Eid and the wedding season, dispatch can take a day longer.

Confirming your order

After you place an order we send a WhatsApp message to the number you gave at checkout, with your order details. We pack and dispatch once you reply to confirm. This one step is what keeps wrong orders and wasted courier trips down, and it lets you change a size or an address before anything ships.

If we do not hear from you within 48 hours we will try once more, then hold the order rather than send it.

Paying

At the moment orders are placed as cash on delivery, and we confirm payment with you on WhatsApp before dispatch. Most customers prefer to pay by UPI at that point. Card and online payment, including instalments, is being added shortly.

Tracking

We send the tracking link on WhatsApp as soon as the courier picks up your parcel. If you would rather have it by email, tell us and we will send it there too.

If something goes wrong

Parcel late, damaged in transit, or marked delivered but not in your hands: message +91 97440 40075 on WhatsApp with your order number. We deal with the courier, not you.

Collect from a store

You can collect from any Spanial store instead of paying for delivery. Say so on WhatsApp when you confirm the order and we will keep it aside and tell you when it is ready.
