This policy explains what we collect when you shop with Spanial online, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It applies to shop.spanialstore.com and to the WhatsApp conversations that go with your order.
Who we are
Spanial Gents Wedding Centre, a partnership firm registered in Kerala, GSTIN 32AEOFS3102F1ZE, at 18/157 Oliyangara, Haji Road, Juma Masjid Complex, Pappinisseri, Kannur, Kerala 670561.
What we collect
- To fulfil your order: your name, delivery address, phone number and email.
- When you message us: your WhatsApp number and the conversation, so any of our team can pick up where the last one left off.
- Automatically as you browse: pages viewed, device and browser, and approximate location from your IP address.
We do not see or store your card or UPI details. Payment is handled by the payment provider, not by us.
Why we use it
- To pack, confirm, dispatch and deliver what you ordered.
- To answer you on WhatsApp, email or phone.
- To handle returns, exchanges and alterations.
- To meet our obligations under Indian tax and consumer law.
- To show you relevant offers, only if you have agreed to that separately.
We message you on WhatsApp only if you have asked us to, either by messaging us first, by scanning the code at our counter, or by ticking the box on your bill. You can stop it at any time by replying STOP, and it will not affect your order or your right to a return.
Who else sees your data
Only the services we need to run the shop: our website platform, our courier partners, our payment provider, our accounting system, and the messaging tools we use to reply to you. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
How long we keep it
Order and billing records are kept as long as Indian tax law requires. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it. Chat history is kept while it is useful for supporting you.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Write to contact@spanialstore.com or message +91 97440 40075. We reply within 30 days.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep your cart, remember your preferences, and understand which pages are used. You can block them in your browser, though the cart will stop working properly if you do.
Children
We sell children's clothing, but the site is meant to be used by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
