These terms cover buying from shop.spanialstore.com. By placing an order you accept them.
Who you are buying from
Spanial Gents Wedding Centre, a partnership firm registered in Kerala, GSTIN 32AEOFS3102F1ZE, at 18/157 Oliyangara, Haji Road, Juma Masjid Complex, Pappinisseri, Kannur, Kerala 670561. In these terms Spanial, we and us mean that firm.
Prices
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you confirm. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
When your order becomes an order
Placing an order on the site is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order with you on WhatsApp, not at the moment of checkout. Until then either side can walk away without cost.
We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the price or description was shown wrongly, if we cannot deliver to your pin code, or if we cannot reach you to confirm. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.
Payment
Orders are currently placed as cash on delivery, and payment is arranged with you on WhatsApp before dispatch, usually by UPI. Card and online payment, including instalment options, is being added.
Stock
Our shops and this website sell from the same stock. Occasionally something sells at a counter before we can update the site. If that happens we tell you as soon as we see it and offer a replacement, a wait, or a full refund.
Colours and photographs
We photograph our own products and do not retouch the garment itself. Even so, screens vary, and fabric colour can look slightly different in person. A colour difference of this kind is covered by the returns policy.
Returns
See the returns and refunds page. Ten days from delivery, conditions apply.
Alterations and made to measure
Alterations at our stores are free for items bought from us. Anything altered or made to your measurements, including wedding wear, cannot be returned or exchanged, because it can no longer be sold to anyone else.
Using the site
Please do not copy our photographs, text or designs for commercial use, attempt to disrupt the site, or order fraudulently. We may refuse service where we reasonably believe an order is not genuine.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for supplying what you ordered in the condition described. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or events beyond our control, though we will always help you chase them. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall to the courts of Kannur, Kerala.
