Returns and refunds
We want you to be happy with what you buy from Spanial. If something is not right, you have 10 days from the day you receive your order to ask for a return or an exchange.
What we can accept back
- The item is unworn and unwashed, with all original tags still attached.
- It is in the condition it reached you, with its packaging.
- You have the order number, which is in your WhatsApp confirmation or your email.
What we cannot accept back
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
- Items altered to your measurements, including wedding wear made or adjusted to order.
- Innerwear, and any item sold as final sale, which is marked clearly on the product page.
Who pays the return courier
If the item reached you damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we pay the return courier and refund you in full. If you are returning because you changed your mind or the size does not suit you, the return courier is paid by you. We tell you the cost before you send anything back, so there is no surprise.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 97440 40075 with your order number and a photo of the item. That is the fastest route and it reaches the same team that packed your order. You can also email contact@spanialstore.com, or bring the item to any Spanial store with the bill.
Refunds
Once we receive the item and check it, we process your refund within 7 working days. If you paid online it goes back to the same method. If you paid on delivery we refund by UPI or bank transfer to an account you give us. Delivery charges are refunded only when the return is our fault.
Exchanges
A different size or colour is usually faster than a refund. Message us on WhatsApp and we will hold the replacement while your return is on its way.
Alterations
Alterations at any Spanial store are free for items bought from us. Bring the item and the bill. An altered item cannot be returned.
